The Deep Run Band Boosters (DRBB) was created exclusively for charitable purposes to promote music study, composition and performance for students within the Deep Run High School Department of Bands. The DRBB is a parent-run organization which was was formed in August 2002 as an IRS Section 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt Entity incorporated in Virginia, and is run as a not-for-profit company.

How involved do I have to be? You may be as involved as you would like to be. There are plenty of flexible opportunities to spend time with your student and assist in making our band a success. We can always use help, and there are ways your time and talents can be utilized with minimal effort on your part. Statistics indicate that more students stay with the program throughout their high school career if their parents are involved! Please see the calendar for General Booster meeting dates and times. How do I send in payments? We are accepting payments via check, online check, and credit cards. Those who select online check, credit card, or to pay with payment plan (3 payments versus 1) will receive an invoice to make secure payment by July 5. Checks can be mailed (Deep Run Band Boosters, PO Box 3060, Glen Allen, VA 23058) or dropped in the black secure mailbox hanging near Mr. Pennington’s office in the band room.
How will I get important Band Program Information? Eblasts - Emails are the primary means of communication. During our active season, you should expect to receive one or more Eblasts per week. If you are not getting Eblasts please contact the Booster President to have your email address added to this critical communication tool.
Band Website - check for updates, calendar of events and meetings, and forms. You may need a password to access some areas of our website.
