Eblasts - Emails are the primary means of communication. During our active season, you should expect to receive one or more Eblasts per week. If you are not receiving Eblasts, please contact the Booster President to have your email address added to this critical communication tool.
Band Website - Checkthe Band Websitefor updates, calendar of events and meetings, and pertinent forms. You may need a password to access some areas of our website.
Get Social - There are many ways to keep active by our social channels. Please take a moment to visit our Get Social pageand like us on Facebook and Twitter.
Sign-Up Genius - Volunteer opportunities are posted on http://www.signupgenius.com. Direct links to sign-ups are sent in Eblasts, but if you do not have the direct link you can use the “Find a Sign Up” by using the following email: email@example.com

Snail Mail - Send information, forms, and payments to the DRBB via your student as there is a mailbox located in the band room. If sending in correspondence this way, please mark envelope with whom the contents is for (e.g. Note to Jimmy, Band Trip Payment, Flower payment, etc.). If you are sending checks please note on your check the name of the student and what the payment is for. Please follow up with your student to ensure timely delivery from the bottom of your student’s backpack to the Band Box.

Note: Please avoid sending us mail to the high school’s address. There are a number of other booster organizations operating on behalf of DRHS and it is common for mail addressed to us at Deep Run High School to be misrouted. Please use the P.O. Box.
